Instant check

Check one page in seconds, with no account, to see what AI and search engines can read on it.

Instant check overview

The instant check is the public front door. You give it a website, it fetches the home page, reads the markup, and scores the technical signals — no sign-up, no card, nothing to install.

It exists to answer one question quickly: is anything visibly in the way? It is not the full audit, and it doesn’t pretend to be.

How to run one

  1. Enter your website under Your website.
  2. Click Run the free check.
  3. Wait a few seconds while it fetches the page, reads the markup and scores the signals.

You get a result headed What we found on {your domain}, with the home page’s technical checks listed underneath.

Some sites block automated visits. When that happens the check says so — “We couldn’t read enough from this page” — and offers to have it audited by hand instead.

What it covers, and what it doesn’t

The instant check reads one page: yours, the home page, once, from its HTML.

It doesn’t cover the rest of your site, performance and Core Web Vitals, how well AI can extract and cite your content, trust signals like authorship and structured data, internal and broken links, or — the big one — what AI assistants actually say about you compared with your competitors.

All of that is the full audit, which needs an account because it needs to crawl your site and query the engines over time. See Your free audit.

Good to know The score you see here isn’t SRPS. SRPS is computed from the full audit, which reads far more than one page’s HTML — robots.txt, your sitemap, link health, and whether assistants cite you. Expect the two numbers to differ, and trust the one from the full audit.
