The plan at the end

Read the last slides to know what to do first — and where to go to actually do it.

Plan slides overview

The report ends with what the measurement is for. A short slide setting up the idea that a scan ends in a plan, then the recommendations themselves, then two closing slides.

If you have five minutes for the whole report, spend them on the cover and on this block.

The recommendations slide appears only when your audit produced at least one recommendation.

Recommendations

Prioritised actions grouped into the same three directions you’ll find in the app: context, technical and content.

The three are different kinds of work and usually different people:

DirectionWhat it isWho does it
ContextInformation missing inside Suparanku — your description, your aliases, unreviewed candidatesYou, in a few minutes each
TechnicalThings on your website stopping assistants reading itWhoever maintains the site
ContentWhat to publish, where, and in what formWhoever writes

Each item carries its priority. Work top-down within a direction rather than across all three at once — the ordering already accounts for impact and effort.

Where there were more items than fit, the slide says how many more are waiting in the app, per direction.

Good to know These are a snapshot from the moment the report was generated. The live queues in the app are the ones that update after every scan, remember what you’ve finished, and carry the step-by-step instructions, the ready-to-paste snippets and the content briefs. Use the PDF to decide what matters; use the app to do it. See Recommendations.

Work the plan with your AI assistant

A slide explaining that Suparanku has an MCP connection, so an AI client — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others — can read your recommendations and analytics and act on your instructions.

It shows the three steps, a prompt you can copy into your assistant, the endpoint, and where the documentation is.

This is an option, not a requirement. Everything in your plan can be done by hand in the app, on any plan; the MCP connection needs a paid one. See Agents and the API.

The closing slide

A short close: the audit shows where you stand today, and what follows is a loop — recommendations, publications, re-measurement.

That loop is the actual product, and it’s worth taking literally. A single report is a photograph. The value shows up when you act on it and the next scan measures whether the answers changed — which is what Trackers is for.

What to do the day after reading it

A reasonable first pass, in order:

  1. Fix anything on the site audit slides marked as a blocker. Nothing else moves while one is failing.
  2. Correct your business profile if the slide describing it got your business wrong.
  3. Read the prompts on the per-prompt slide and fix the ones that aren’t how customers ask.
  4. Take the top item in each of the three recommendation directions.
  5. Record the URL of anything you publish, so the next report can tell you whether it worked. See Content briefs.
