Help Getting started
Sign in
Sign in with a link sent to your email — there’s no password to remember or reset.
Sign in overview
Suparanku uses magic links. You enter your work email, you get a message with a link, and opening that link signs you in. Nothing else is stored, so there’s no password to lose and nothing to leak.
The same method covers signing up, signing in later, and accepting a team invitation.
How to sign in
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your email in Work email.
- Click Send magic link.
- Open the email and click the link on the same device you started from.
If the link doesn’t arrive, Resend link appears after a short countdown. Use a different email starts over with another address.
Good to know The link has to be opened on the device where you asked for it. Forwarding it to your phone and opening it there won’t sign you in on your laptop.
How to sign in on a new device
Repeat the same three steps. Each device gets its own session, and they don’t affect each other.
To see what’s currently signed in, open Settings → Security. Active sessions lists the browser and operating system of each one, with the current session marked. Sign out other sessions ends all the others without touching the one you’re using.
Recent sign-in activity below it shows the last 30 days. If something there is unfamiliar, sign out the other sessions and contact support.
How to change your email
Open Settings → Profile and use Change next to your email address. Your sign-in method stays the same — the magic link goes to the new address from then on.
