Billing

See your plan, your invoices and your payment method, and change plan when you need to.

Billing overview

Settings → Billing shows the plan this company is on, when the next invoice is due, the invoice history and the payment method.

Only the workspace Owner can manage billing. Everyone else sees the plan but not the controls, with a note naming who to ask.

For what each plan includes and what it costs, use Compare plans — the pricing page owns those numbers, and repeating them here would create a second version that goes out of date.

How to change plan

Compare plans opens the comparison and the upgrade path.

Downgrades between the larger plans go through sales rather than a button — the app says so and offers Talk to sales, because a downgrade usually means data has to be brought within new limits first.

Two things to expect after a downgrade: competitors over the new limit are frozen rather than deleted, and monthly allowances shrink at the next reset.

How to update your payment method

Update payment method and Manage billing open Stripe’s secure billing portal, where your card and invoices actually live. Suparanku never handles the card details itself.

If a payment fails, the screen says so and asks you to update the method to keep the subscription active. On invoice-based accounts it points at your account manager instead.

How to find invoices

Invoice history lists them. It’s empty until the first one is issued — a trial or a free plan has none.

What happens if you cancel

The screen shows Cancels on {date} and confirms there’ll be no further charges. Access continues until that date.

After it, automatic scans and audits stop. Your data isn’t deleted by cancelling — deleting is a separate, deliberate action, covered in Danger zone.
