Help Understanding your results

Overview

Start on the Overview to see where your brand stands with the AI engines, and what moved since last week.

Overview overview

Overview is the landing screen. It answers “how are we doing” in one screen, and everything else in the app is a drill-down from it.

It refreshes when a scan completes. Scans run weekly on your schedule, so this screen changes about once a week unless you refresh a prompt yourself.

How to read the three headline numbers

At the top sit three tiles, each with its change over the last 30 days:

  • Visibility score — the summary of how present your brand is in AI answers.
  • Mention rate — how often you’re mentioned across your tracked prompts.
  • Avg position — where you tend to appear when you are mentioned. Lower is better.

Read the direction of travel before the value. A single week’s number depends on which prompts you track; the trend across weeks is what tells you whether the work is landing.

How to read the charts

Visibility score · 30 days plots your weekly score across the AI engines you have active.

Avg position by topic shows how each topic ranks. Lower is better here too, and a topic that sits consistently high is where you’re losing.

Platform breakdown compares mention rate per engine over the last 7 days. Big differences between engines are normal and worth acting on — an engine where you’re invisible while others see you usually means a source that engine trusts doesn’t mention you.

Top prompts and Brand vs competitors are the two shortcuts into detail: the first into AI visibility, the second into Competitors.

Notable changes collects what moved in the last 7 days.

Each chart tells you when it has nothing to show yet rather than drawing an empty axis — most say the first scan will fill them in.

How to export a PDF report

The export card packages the current state — metrics, competitors, citation sources, with period-over-period change — into one PDF you can archive or send.

  1. Click Download PDF.
  2. Wait while it generates; the card shows the status.
  3. Download it when it’s ready.

Report history lists the recent ones. If nothing has changed since the last report, the card says it’s already up to date rather than making an identical one; when a newer scan exists, it offers Generate new report.

You need at least one completed scan before a report can be made.

For a walk through the report itself, part by part, see Your PDF report.
