Help Getting started

Your free audit

Enter your website once, and the first audit builds everything else — your brand profile, your prompts, your competitors and your first measurement.

Free audit overview

The audit is the first thing that happens on a new account, and it’s automatic. You give it a domain; it reads your site, works out what you sell and who you sell to, researches your market, finds who competes with you, and then asks the AI engines about you and records what they said.

It takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how big your site is and how busy the market is. You don’t have to sit and watch — you can close the window and come back, and you get an email when it’s finished.

How to start the audit

  1. Enter your website in Brand domain. Use the public homepage — no login-protected page.
  2. Optionally add up to three competitors’ websites under Competitors (optional). This makes the comparison sharper from the first run.
  3. Click Continue.

If you don’t have a website, I don’t have a website yet — set up manually takes you through without one.

Three things can stop the analysis here, and the app says which: the domain couldn’t be read, the site blocks automated visits, or the audit couldn’t work out what the site sells. There’s also a daily limit of three analyses.

What happens while it runs

The building screen shows each part of the work with its own state — Waiting, In progress, Done:

  • Identifying your brand and Understanding your business — reading your site and building your profile.
  • Auditing your site and Auditing performance — the crawl and the homepage deep audit.
  • Researching your market — your category, its vocabulary, what buyers compare on, who plays in it.
  • Finding competitors AI recommends instead of you.
  • Scanning AI visibility and Benchmarking against competitors — asking the engines and comparing the answers.

Counters underneath show pages found and processed, and competitors found.

Good to know The first audit covers a limited number of pages, and finds a limited number of competitors. It’s a first pass, not the ceiling — inside the app you can crawl further and track more.

How to open your results

When everything is done, See your results turns on. Clicking it takes you into the dashboard — nothing moves you automatically, so you decide when to go in.

Your results also arrive by email, as a PDF report. It’s long, and it’s meant to be read with Your PDF report open beside it — that page walks through it part by part.

A good first hour, in order:

  1. Read the Overview to see where you stand.
  2. Check the prompts that were generated for you and fix anything that isn’t how your customers would actually ask — see Prompts and topics.
  3. Check who was picked as your competitors.
  4. Look at what the site audit found.
