Adding a brand
Add a second brand when you need a separate set of prompts, competitors and scores.
Brands overview
A brand is the unit everything hangs off: its own domain, its own topics and prompts, its own competitors, its own site audit and its own scores. Two brands never share data.
Brands live inside a company. The switcher at the top of the sidebar shows which company and which brand you’re looking at, and how many brand slots your plan gives you.
Add a brand when you genuinely measure something separately — a second product line, a second market, a client. Don’t add one to test something: it starts a full audit and consumes a slot.
How to add a brand
- Open the brand switcher at the top of the sidebar.
- Click Add brand.
- Enter the new brand’s domain under Brand domain and click Continue.
- Watch the build screen — same process as your first audit, and it takes about as long.
If you’re already at your plan’s limit, the app tells you rather than starting: free up a slot by deleting a brand, or move to a higher plan.
Good to know Adding a brand runs a full audit for it — site crawl, market research, competitors and a first scan. It is not a quick action, and it uses the same resources as your first one did.
How to switch between brands
Use the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Everything below it — analytics, recommendations, settings that belong to a brand — follows your choice.
Nothing is shared across the switch except your account and your company’s billing.
How to add a company
Companies are the level above brands: separate billing, separate team, separate data.
Use Create new company in the switcher. Depending on your plan this may be handled by sales instead, in which case the switcher offers Contact sales to add a company.
Most people never need a second company. Reach for it when the separation is legal or financial — a different client, a different legal entity — not only organisational.
