Usage & Scan schedule
See what you’ve used this month, and choose when the weekly scan runs.
Usage overview
Two things share this screen: your plan’s usage counters in real time, and the weekly cadence.
Most of what you can run is capped monthly and resets on your billing anniversary. The ones you’ll actually notice:
- Manual refreshes — re-scanning prompts on demand.
- Content briefs — each generated brief, including each rewrite.
- Competitor analyses — crawling one tracked competitor to build its profile.
- Deep page audits — one page each.
- Market re-research — each manual rebuild of the market map.
- Primary domain changes.
Separately, per-brand caps limit prompts, topics, competitors and brands. Those aren’t monthly — they’re how much you can hold at once.
How to change the scan schedule
The card shows the current slot — Every {day} at {time} in your time zone — and when the next scan is due.
- Click Change schedule.
- Pick a Day and a Time.
- Check the preview of the next scan, then Save schedule.
Times are shown in your device’s time zone.
Good to know Schedule changes are limited, and the card counts down how many you have left. On your last one the dialog says so — after that, adjusting the cadence goes through your account manager.
The scan schedule needs an admin role to change, and on Enterprise plans with a managed cadence it’s handled by your account manager rather than in the app.
What happens on a free plan
Weekly automatic scans and site audits are a paid feature. On a free plan you keep the results of your first audit and scan, but nothing re-runs on its own — so the trend charts stop moving.
