Tell Suparanku who you are, how you’re spelled, and where you live — everything else is built from it.

Brand overview

The Brand screen has two halves. The top is what you tell the app: your name, the language your buyers use, what you sell, who buys it, and the spellings that count as you. The bottom is what the app worked out from your website — read-only, and rebuilt on every site audit.

Getting the top half right is the highest-leverage ten minutes in the product. Your prompts, your market map and your content briefs are all grounded in it.

How to fill in your profile

  • Brand name is an internal label, shown only in your workspace. It is not used to detect mentions — aliases do that.
  • Description — one to three sentences on what you actually sell. Concrete products and services, not positioning.
  • Industry — the market category you operate in. Drives topic and prompt generation.
  • Target audience — who buys from you: roles, company types, situations.
  • Measurement market language — the language your buyers use when asking AI assistants.

Leave measurement language on Auto (buyer market) unless the app picked the wrong market. It is deliberately not your interface language: you want to be measured in the language your customers ask in, not the one your site is written in.

How to manage aliases and spelling variants

Aliases & spelling variants is the only list used to detect mentions of you. If a spelling isn’t here, a mention using it isn’t counted.

Include the public brand name plus every variant that appears in the wild: different scripts, romaji, English equivalents, common abbreviations. At least one is required.

Add with Add alias; remove any that are wrong. The app caps how many you can hold.

Good to know Aliases that also read as ordinary words are handled carefully — a mention using one is only counted when the surrounding context confirms it’s you. That’s why an ambiguous alias won’t flood your numbers with false mentions, and why removing one can lower your counts legitimately.

How to manage domains

Brand domains holds your primary domain plus any others you own.

The primary domain is the one that gets crawled and the one all analytics are built on. The others are tracked for attribution only — no separate analytics, no separate audit.

Make primary switches it. Read the confirmation carefully: the site audit and the analytics are recalculated for the new domain, and the previous scan history is reset. Changes are limited per month for that reason.

Domains are edited here and on the Site audit screen — the same panel appears in both places.

How to read your business profile

The lower half — “Your business as AI sees it” — is the app’s own understanding of your business, built from your website and reused as the context the AI reads.

It’s organized as sections: about the company, how customers buy from you, what you sell, when customers look for you, who your buyer is, what your site calls your category, how you prove it, and which tools and partners you work with.

You can edit any section, and your edits survive the rebuild — the profile is refreshed on every site audit, but what you corrected stays corrected. Edited sections are marked.

Two badges are worth knowing: needs review means something in the profile couldn’t be verified, and thin profile means the site didn’t give enough to work with. Server-rendered pages work best; a JavaScript-only site may need a deep audit before it appears properly.
